Counselling for young people
A calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space for individuals aged 11 and older to unpack what is on their mind. Having spent a long career teaching in secondary education, I understand the unique challenges facing young people today and offer a gentle, supportive environment where you are truly heard.

Navigating modern pressures
School, upcoming exams, friendships, and changing relationships can place immense pressure on daily life. Without a dedicated space to unload and make sense of these feelings, life can quickly begin to feel overwhelming. Complex family dynamics and home changes can add further weight. In our sessions, your experiences are met with patience and care, helping you feel safe, accepted, and believed.

Trust and confidentiality
Building trust is at the heart of our therapeutic relationship. You have the right to invite your parent or trusted adult into the room if that helps you feel secure, or you can choose to meet independently. During our initial session, we clearly discuss our ethical, legal, and confidentiality frameworks together so that both you and your family feel fully supported and reassured.
